Farmers Market takes root downtown Saturday

The Kilgore Farmers Market returns to North Street Saturday morning downtown. Foul weather or fair, sunny, sprinkling or steaming, the local wares will be waiting. Kicking off May 31, the summer market will run weekends through the end of July, according to organizer Alicia Clark of Clark Farms. The season’s grand opening runs 8 a.m.
